I noticed that on some hybrid inverters there is a port for a generator, you may have answered this above lol, but does a generator plug directly into the inverter it does it have to go through some magical wizardry before hand.
Why can’t a cable directly from your BEV charging port go into the generator port on the inverter. Obviously for using V2L for powering an item like a tv the energy needs to be converted to AC but an inverter will convert the DC from the car battery to AC, so a cable from car directly to inverter, is that way to simple a solution for the magical world of electrics?
