I don’t have any hope of getting a decent reply but feel that the more ppl put in a complaint then they may/could realise that a lot of customers are not happy. All the best.
Motability will be monitoring this forum, they would be fools not to keep an eye on customers opinion.
This post is 4 pages long and Motability will get an idea how its customer base is reacting to the rubbish decision to remove end of lease purchase.
Lodging a complaint to Motability is a good thing, but I reckon the comments on here are equally effective.
I have no wish to buy the car at lease end, but removing that facility only pushes existing customers to look elsewhere.
