Interesting thread, we currently get our car due to my sons problems, in the next few years we may lose the car option as he will be going into residential care, at that point we would have to give up the car, we hoped to buy the current car at the time we lose mobility . looks like that option will be gone. one way round it i guess (hope) is that when we return the car the dealership we take it to are offered the option to buy it via mobility (so i understand, anyone confirm this?) we could tell the dealer to buy the car and he has a guaranteed sale. we would rather buy a car we know than one we dont, we look after our car and anything wrong we make sure its put right so would be prepared to pay normal market values for it. anyone else done that and did it work out for you?
