If the car has been shaking that badly for such a length of time, why haven’t you had the dealer look at it. If an incident or incidents has caused damage to three of the wheels, there is a good chance something else under the car may need attention. It may be worth getting it to your dealer first as they may diagnose something that has caused damage to three of the wheels and would therefore not result in you having an insurance claim against your name.
