@Kezo Meter & consumer unit are next to each other, internal & next to the front door. The layout of the property suggests the ideal spot for fitting the charger would be on the outside wall roughly behind the electrical supply units. But makes for a trip hazard. Placing the charger the other side of the door would mean it being situated lower down under a window, with no exposed wall around the door for a cable run, due to it being a bungalow. Hopefully the logistics of installing a charger without the cable being a trip hazard will be more straightforward than I Imagine it to be. Tom…
Drill out, cable run tightly under front door cill using 18th edition fire rated ultra clips (Not as Ohme contractors use these lol)

From the meter, up into the loft area and down to the charger on the other side of the wall or where ever is best.
