@Ryan that would be concerning for me too but Why dont you give motability a call?
Im sure they would adhere to it anyway as the dealer has placed your order with BMW its just the asmin paperwork between then and motability. I was told by my motability dealer who didnt change my sport to m sport for almost 2 months that if the vehicle came off the scheme and they’ve placed the order then they can work it out with motability with a phone call.
its worrying but just get it down in writing via an email its the best way.
