@MFillingham Thanks for posting that. Motability are all over the place with this issue and it urgently needs sorting out. I was told categorically that 2 year lease extensions are now only allowed if the car has substantial adaptations or has done less than 20,000 miles. Several people have since reported that they have very recently taken out lease extensions on cars that have mileages well in excess of this and have no adaptations. Now you are told the same as me but with an even lower mileage of 15,000 miles. The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. It would be comical if it wasn’t so serious.
