They will have to keep some ICE or Hybrid on the scheme. Not everyone has a driveway or the ability to even park outside their own home….
And no one has a petrol/diesel pump outside there house either, yet they manage.
True but I have at least 10 petrol stations within a 2 mile radius and one five minute visit to any of them gives my a definite range of 400 miles that I can use down to the last mile knowing my nearest filling station will be working and another five minutes and another 400 miles range is in the tank.
