@kezo in fairness they’re trying very hard to. But I think there’s so many people scrambling to get the old model before the match trim launches they’re coming against a lot of pressure. I absolutely cannot fault the dealer.
ok they’ve rung and said that this ID5 is going to be allocated to me and will be mine but were vague on the registration number and haven’t updated the motability account to say its arrived and pick up 11th May. So whilst I’m obviously relieved I’m still a little unsure , this is my first renewal so I’m not sure of the process ( the car arrived 10 days ago)
