Contacted Parkway VW (Derby) and they told me the same thing, I’m unable to pick out an ID4 from stock – has to be a new factory order.
I’m assuming the only exception to this is when there is a cancelled Motability order that just happens to be available at the time of ordering, I would have thought though this would go down to the ‘next person’ on the list of Motability orders, though.
