I now have the Ohme Pod even tho not given a choice of which model I was to be given when I like many others were made to swap over from their Easee charger
Fortuantly the Pod suits my needs and location
Although still a point of contention is that they then failed to install the Ohme data cable that is needed for the CT Clamp/load balance to function
Something that is required according to their spec
Ongoing drawn out saga that has now involded a complaint to Motorbility and the latest is Im due to be contacted by Ohme by phone on Mon
Even more uneeded hurdles to add too the already over complicated Motorbility EV Charger installation experience
A Motorbility EV process that imo needs streamlining if its to be encouraged and expanded
EDIT/UPDATE Data cable/CT Clamp is to now be inc on all Ohme installs/swaps as they have regonised and put their hands up to an error on their part
Installers not given specific detail when swapping over
This is now being addressed following my complaint
I am informed
