@kezo thats what i did and the reason for my post #257742.
You speak to them on the phone and they will either be working from home and can’t transfer you to the team that might be able to deal with your request,or you will speak to someone who says they will send an email to the team pointing out my request,or you will get a reply and it says,unfortunately i cant help because it appears my details are not on the system.
They are puddins of the highest order.
