@kezo Just done live chat with Motability and they said they did not have access to previous VTN’s, end of story. So made a quick call to my dealership, who confirmed what you said about Motability getting the latest models. Have you ordered the PHEV version now? I went with the full hybrid as I don’t have the capability to charge from home.
I got put through to another dept as customer services couldn’t help. I’m awaiting a call back because Motability aren’t aware of this latest model thing or of any updates/facelift to the Sportage, same car just difference in MY. I will decide once I know more information from Motability as they see no issue with me having MY23, so got to be more of a Kia thing.
The dealer read the email from Kia stating 14 weeks they had yesterday. Do I believe that even comming from the horses mouth is another matter.
