I never had a problem they are always patient and polite.
Same here, have had a couple of occasions when I have been on hold but I just put phone on speaker and sit back and relax. Of course it would be daft to say we would not all like them to answer within a couple of minutes but I am happy to wait (as long as I have a coffee with me)
