Did the dealer change the advance payment when we ordered ours the ap was 2099 which is the same price now as the 85x i pressume if we ordered the 80x and this would be converted to 85x so the ap would be altered to the new amount
In my case dealer can’t change the AP as the 85 isn’t on the Motability system. I imagine the bespoke application created is for the same AP. So it remains at £2099. An order for an 80x would 100% be converted to an 85x, but whether or not the AP will be lowered is entirely down to the dealer. Motability rules say it’s not possible, some dealers choose to abide by this, others will gladly lower upon request, and others will proactively lower it. Always worth an ask, but don’t hold it against them if they say no, it’s going against Motability rules after all.
