Yes we recently got a grant for driving lessons. They were lovely… eventually. But it took us 2 months of trying to get through to them. We had to pay for many lessons ourselves anyway. So many phone attempts just went unanswered.
We thought it was ironic that Motability – of all people – assume that disabled people are able to just sit by the phone waiting indefinitely all day. If you can’t, no service for you!
