Ah Kezo I was young and got lied to and fell for it hook line and sinker and took a big hit on that motor. When buying the car and doing the usual checks I asked about the timing belt as the mileage would suggest that it may need done soon which I would have got sorted. He told me that it was chain driven. I had a heard of these but not enough to know much.
So he said it would not need done as it was chain driven and I believed him. Just over a year later it wrecked the car when it went as it was just a normal belt. Lesson learned.
