Yes electricity meter is at the front
The house is a modern new build about 5 years old
Sadly cast concrete floors on ground floor and tiled
The easiest route I can see is from meter cupboard to new ev CU a meter left and through the kitchen and under/behind kitchen cupboards then through partition wall into living room and through conduit to rear of property
About 8 to 10 m then the garden route
I might see what ohme say and then if needed get someone to lay the ducting down the garden
Car is going to take a few months to delivery so have time to get this done before it’s delivered
