Six years ago when the Kodiaq first came on the scheme, I went to my local Skoda dealership, and while not being downright rude were far from helpful. So I went to another dealership in the same group 15 miles away and the service was excellent. They couldn’t do enough. And that’s the thing, when the time comes to renew, I look forward with trepidation as you never know what response you are going to get when you say ‘Motability’.
Just like to say that I’ve received the best service I’ve ever received when ordering a car. Ken Brown motors at Stevenage, and Clint Louis in particular could not have made my experience any better, it was like I was the only one ordering a new Kia.
