I don’t find Direct Line as helpful.
My Motability car was damaged in Sundays storm. Roof tiles blew off and smashed the windscreen making the car undrivable.
Direct Line booked it in on Monday to their preferred accident repair centre, but since then I’ve been unable to contact this centre. They won’t answer the phone or reply to texts or emails. Direct Line can’t contact them either and don’t seem to have a plan B. This is day three with no replacement vehicle and mine is still sitting in the drive. Bring back Royal Sun Alliance.
