The other day I have informed DVLA due to recent diabetic type 2 rule changes. In 2005 I informed DVLA by phone as regards my head injury, after 6 months my consultants informed me I could start driving again, what surprised me DVLA asked did I require any treatment, when I informed them 3 days observation then discharged, unless it was severe operation or involve surgery I was ok to drive.
I have noticed form B1 2022 goes slight into more depth, not really sure whether we update DVLA or wait until I renew my licence at 70 in two and half years time ?
Unfortunately I have suffered a brain injury and occasionally I get confused and often say the wrong thing.
