    I would fill form in with…

    Installation date – TBC (Motability contract Ohme to install charger and installation date will be forwarded once known.

    @Phaedra
    if you don’t mind supplying Ohme compliance papers etc, which should satisfy the LA on all questions.

    Following completion of the survey, the  installer will “connect & notify” Western Power. (see attached documentation)

    Unless you know what you are doing I would leave it to the installer to notify the relevant bodies (as is the norm). By all means I can upload a fillable form, to use online and assist with filling it out but, seriously this is a job for the installer to avoid errors and will have their details on it.

    As is the norm with the majority of domestic installs, permission to install isn’t usually required, rather conect & notify. – (The installer has to assume that the cut-out fuse size is
    60A. If ollowing the installer’s calculations, confirms that the customer’s
    installation total load will not exceed 60A at any time then thereis no need for a DNO assessment and the install can proceed and an appropriate notification sent.)

    Any issues with the LA, I’m happy to help further 🙂
