The order number the dealer gave me is 7 digits but I don’t think it’d the build code, my dealer has never heard of this. I’ve been on mini genius and registered but it’s only giving me an option to order a car, not track one that’s been ordered so I don’t know if I’m looking in the wrong place? I’m so impatient lol, I just want to see that something is happening so I know if I need a hire car. If I had a date in sight it would make everything a lot easier.
Hey Bebe1 I have just called Mini UK and as My order he told me yes you can track from factory to dealership you need the seven diget AG CODE and he said you can phone them on free phone as I just did 0800 836 464 and say you have this code number and they will give you the status of where the build is at this time. I also did this through the chat online on BMW web site and did this problably every couple of weeks to check my order I hope you have good luck with this the dealer does not know what he is talking about as Mini have done this on all my orders.
