If you want to hide the charger, get an ornamental shrubbery and put it over the front of the charger.
I suppose its the fear of someone coming along and plugging their car into it.
I have explained to a few people am getting an EV chargepoint and most say exactly that….whats to stop someone stealing your electricity by plugging their car in….lol.
