Yes it’s because of the recalibration of the sensors Mike. Can’t be done with a mobile service. They told me mine was going to take 3 or 4 hours from memory but, in reality, I think it ended up being around 2 hours.
I thought I’d paid £100 excess, but it was last year so I might have got that wrong.
