On the contrary @Glos Guy i wasn’t ‘quite fortunate’ to be offered a Speed Awareness Course. According to the National Police Chief Council (NPCC) up to: 31 mph in a 20 mph area or 42 mph in a 30 mph area a SAC is likely to be offered. My speed was 36mph in a 30mph area. If i had been driving at 35mph (1 mph less) the camera would not have even snapped me.
