Wish you’d ask these questions this morning, as I had a test drive in the GT line S HEV today. I did a bit of measuring, but unfortunately not that bit. My best guess would be that you’d have to 6’6″ tall for your head to touch the roof with the seat at it’s lowest setting.
As DJP said, yes it’s electric.
