@Rene Not the end of the world, telling them to stick the fifty quid where the sun dont shine, however its the principle of the matter. I hope you put a complaint in, not as it would have achieved anything!
Yeah, basically what i said, except the sun part. Couldn’t care less about the fifty, but i certainly won’t let someone jerk me around for something they did wrong.
I didn’t write a complaint, but i did take that after-care survey. Bit petty since i usually never do them, but yeah. Someone a little more intimidated or open to the suggestion that one should be grateful for the privilege (despite paying out of the rear for it) regardless of what they do probably would have been simply ignored/penalised, based on a decision by a lady that was so full of herself that it sours my mood just thinking back lol.
Disclaimer, out of around 10-15 contacts with MB customer support, that was the only bad experience.
