Your charger install can go ahead with a 60/80A fuse you need to make the spark aware beforehand and as long as it’s a charger that has a CT clamp or can be set to a lower power it’ll be ok until the DNO change the fuse.
Why should the customer have to make the spark aware beforehand? Surely the spark or installation designer, should make himself aware of the installation prior to installing a EV charger or PV system.
