I ordered a car this week and asked if the AP goes down on 1st April can I cancel/reorder to get the lower amount. I got a very flat no, that is not something they can do. It would have to be a significant reduction for me to cancel and start again elsewhere in fairness. (Note this was at Hyundai not Skoda but still relevant).
