Asked the dealer today if he would re order it so I could have the AP £100 less and he said no ? Is that correct ??
Some dealers won’t do it at all.
Your guy probably doesn’t want to do it for £100, thinks it’s too much hassle and that you won’t argue about it. If you want that £100 back, you could try somewhere else and cancel the order you have.
£100 wouldn’t make me cancel an order outright; however, it’d tell me that the dealer isn’t interested in making an effort for a customer. I know they all have targets to meet but I’d rather have a car from someone who wants to make the customer feel valued and start things on a positive. That’s just me though.
