Had my Hyundai Kona EV in April 2023. I was told before ordering that mats only come on the premium models. So I paid for the premium and encouring forward payment costs. When I collected it there was no mats, in fact that wasn’t the only thing wrong, but I had to do all paperwork and pin before even seeing my new car. In the end I gave up.
