In my case it’s because the car has to be right for me in so many areas, it has to make disabled driving easier.
It’s not just a question of comfotable seats and extra tech toys, the controls layout and operation, visibility etc. etc. all have to be looked at more thoroughly.
As for the heat pump, if you live in northern Europe with a very cold climate year round then yes, it would be worth including, but as a £1000+ add on in the UK it’ll never pay for iitself or make a huge difference to range etc.
