Elliot, yes, so terrible that “us disabled” get almost free cars, thatother families can’t even dream of owning. Seriously, you do need to understand what the scheme is about, and uf you don’t like the terms and conditions, there us nothing to stop you buying your own car and use the money given to you by the taxpayer to fund it.
I wouldn’t consider £12k plus AP anywhere near free!
