That’s a good point about targets Mark, but if Motability were to insist that manufacturers either publish new AP’s early, or agree to cancel orders that had been made in the previous week and place an immediate new order at the lower AP, then I think dealers might well prefer the first option.
The probability of course is that neither of these two options will become policy.
