Getting back on subject, if Motability are serious about their intention to push toward a majority EV car base they need to persuade manufacturers to agree to a more attractive “advanced payment” inducement for Motability lease customers.
Hyundai with the Ioniq’s and Skoda with the Enyaq have done this successfully, so now’s the time in quarters 1 and 2 2024 for more manufacturers to use the scheme sensibly to replace the reluctant private buyers.
