    Thanks Kezo, that is disappointing, I had misunderstood Glos Guy’s response to you on the 19th of October when he spoke about his daughters Hyundai i20 order. Not that I had expected to discover anything at the moment, as my car is not due until April, but thanks for your help mate, anyway.

    When I first got my Tucson beginning of last year, I contacted Hyundai UK via facebook with the 1011 code and they got back several times within 48hrs. I just asked for an update on 1011…. and cutomer service were always polite and got back with an answer 🙂
