I don’t remember years ago (20 – 50) so many cars going on fire or were they not reported then, it seems like we are seeing two or three a week being reported in the news.
That’s is simply down to the fact that in they days there were very little electrical components to cause fires.
All vehicles ICE or EV have a large amount of cheaply made electrical components
