Hello all, new to the forum and the motability scheme so reading with interest all of the useful advice here.
Could anyone share their experience of when you would see an estimated delivery date appear when you login to your motability account?
Does it usually update when the dealer has placed the order with the manufacturer (so would expect shortly after the customer placing the order with the dealer) or is it not updated until the car has been built/shipped?
