Further to MYRAC app easy to download app says motability, it is not ,ive tried but app wants a rac membership NUMBER it has no provision to type in letters, phoned rac ,they said its same membership number for all motability customers. ,number is MOT1, you can’t enter letters only numbers, ive given up with it ,I’m sure other motability members will have this problem , as for me if I break down I will just call RAC phone number .
