Morning Joe I too had to wait ages for our car, I used to hire out from a local hire company euro#|*€, after I explain the situation of the wait, they would send me daily deals so would hire for the day or two using the discounted prices, sometimes a week, also they would usually upgrade me to a larger car (6’.3” here) after hiring out the cheapest available, for Hospital appointments, shopping so on..
Guess I was lucky but it got us through, when our car arrived, I dropped a tin hero’s sweets in to the staff..
Not ideal but a help when needed..
