I know that steering wheel (stoplock) style locks are only a deterrent to unprofessional opportunists, but does anybody have any experience or have read any police, AA or someone like that, reviews on the 5 digit code type, as I have a key type at the moment but the key is attached to my keyring and my PA’s need the keys for the door at the same time as me needing it for the steering wheel lock, so a digit one would be easier. I would need to check that any was compatible with my next steering wheel. The top one is probably the full steering wheel cover but it would not work with a steering wheel knob and is too big to store in the car, I feel.
As you say, they are only a deterent but, better than nothing. As for steering wheel locks Disklok are one of the better ones however they are key operated and come with 3 keys. Most of the well known brands such as stoplock are security key operated and come with at least a pair of keys, which would be enough for your needs! https://www.carnoisseur.com/products/details/disklok-steering-wheel-lock?msclkid=5186bc2b78601384f9a2d9692c9dd93f
Thanks keso for your help, but I don’t think the Disklock would not work with my steering wheel knob frame and is too large to store in my car, IMO.
