One thing that has come to my notice the past few years is since 2020 I often drive from south Bristol to Calne in Wiltshire via A roads and the dealers who are on the main roads leading out of Chippenham have Motability banners flying all over the frontage of there dealership. This sort of suggests in my mind that city dealers have a take it or leave attitude towards Motability customers though I do add my city dealer is reasonable, not great but not bad either, oh, but no Motability flags flying outside.
