I agree with Kezo by entering the Pin you are accepting the car on behalf of Motability, Motability are the owners of the car. You have an agreement with Motability and Motability have an agreement with the dealer. The only possible grey area is when “extras” are ordered, you may pay for the extras but they are fitted to a Motability car and are Motabilitys property when the car is returned.
Agreed with one sligh correction. Motability buy’s direct from the manufacture, the dealer is the middleman to whom Motability pay a small fee to order a car on Motability’s behalf and as a service centre 🙂
