If they apply for a grant then Motability the charity will only provide a means tested grant to meet the bare minimum of the person’s needs, not for them to get a premium car. I think the biggest stumbling block to Motability returning premium makes, other than their bottom of the range cars, is that Motability Operations are worried about people like the Daily Mail, although they don’t mind having over a billion in the bank and making over a million profit each year from the disabled they were set up to provide suitable cars for.
