Yep my bmw dealer said same ,as its through motorbility you get choice of home charger or 3year bp pulse reduced rates..£750 offer (from bmw)according to my bmw dealer was factored into the overall discount motorbility was given for the i4.
Makes sense, although I think there’s still an offer whereby you get a BMW charge card which gets you a discount off Ionity charging, 40p per KW/h iirc
