I have started to notice a faint vertical cloudy grey line about an inch wide down the left hand side of the tv screen ! This is being closely monitored
It will gradually get worse mate.
The problem could be a loose or rusty connection or more likely given its age one of the processing PCB’s (T Con or the Cof IC) are starting to fail, in which case unlikey worth the cost repairing given its age and the likely use of a second hand or recon board that could fail anytime.
Was it raining or did you get it wet when you moved?
