Hi, my mum has been in a nursing home for abut 18 month now part paid by nhs. We have been made to understand that dad can keep the car until her current agreement stops (December 2023)?
Though by googling, I found something saying that people moving to a care home may still be eligible to claim DLA motability but not if they are in a nursing home?
It’s so confusing.
