Ask your dealer for the order number and check with BMW genius chat. Mine did the same gave me no paperwork, no order number nothing. I had to chase it and he said it fast over the phobe and lucky i noted it down. Last week I complained to the online chat marshalls and dealer called me to give me the ‘good news’ that my order changed to status 111 (which I already knew from bmw genius chat) then he also said he will send paperwork with the £500 cashback deducted. A week later almost and nothing from him!
