Motability advisor went away said she’d sort it – not even bothered to come back. This mornings advisor – no detail on anything said yesterday but will escalate to Ohme and intervene (whatever that means?) if they’ve not got back to me in 48 hours.
Need this like a hole in the head. Two people to care for and don’t have the hours to waste with these pathetic organisations.
